I met Deborah Gaslin, NWSID browsing for design ideas and inspiration at a remodeling trade show. Since I was new to home remodeling, she graciously helped me understand the benefits of employing a designer. I hired her to manage the remodel of my kitchen which included granite counter tops & backsplash, windows, appliance garages, appliances, etc. As with all remodeling work, there were some problems, but Deborah maintained her authority as the overall project manager and dealt with every situation to my satisfaction. The work is beautiful!
Since that project went so well, I hired her again for a major remodel ($100K+) of the master suite which included reclaimed attic space, circular glass block shower, washer & dryer installation upstairs, major cabinet and tile work, etc. The result is astonishing! My neighbors are so jealous! I am so very pleased with her thoroughness, her attention to detail and her responsiveness to the client. Her detailed blueprints clarified the work for the various construction crews so misunderstandings were kept to a minimum.
Deborah was hired again for remodeling work on the staircase and hallway and for the re-siding and exterior painting of my home. Deborah’s eye for color and design suggestions are excellent. She learns what the client’s tastes are and never tries to force her own preferences. She is responsive, trustworthy and dependable, a rarity in the remodeling trades. I have already recommended her to friends and will gladly engage her firm again in any future remodels. I’m a happy client!

We stopped by the “Ask a Designer” program at Miller Paint with hopes that someone could help us choose coordinating colors for our home interior. We were overwhelmed by our choices and not confident that we could extrapolate from a tiny paint chip the impact of a color on an entire room. From the moment we met Deborah Gaslin, the process of choosing colors went from stressful to enjoyable. We were amazed at how quickly she was able to grasp our personal tastes, narrow our choices, and select colors that would work well together and in the style of our home. We were so impressed that we soon hired Deborah to provide additional advice on ways to improve the aesthetics of our home - both the interior and exterior. In two hours, she assessed our needs and created a prioritized action plan that worked within our budget, complete with the names of her recommended contractors. Renovations are underway and we could not be happier; Deborah’s guidance has saved us time, money, and opened up options we had not even considered. She is not just good at what she does, she is gifted!

THANK YOU! When we went to bed last night, we felt like we had been transported to a hotel suite. Tom tried to order room service. Seriously though, the color in the bedroom is great. It sets off the wood work and tapestry very well. The lighting is a huge improvement! We love the swing arm lamps at the bed and the new floor lamp. Our authentic camel saddle (as ottoman) goes great with the new chairs.
Last night, after the kids went to bed, we sat in our new sitting area and talked just like grown-ups. We made a pact that we wouldn’t use the chairs as clothing containers. And the bed! You did the impossible, we love the bedding. Thank you and your colleagues for another amazing transformation!

20/20 for Site, llc was referred to me by my Structural Engineer to assist in my home remodel project. What started out as a foundation repair became a full-fledged remodel and 20/20 for Site, llc was brought in to do the Space Planning and Interior Design.
The initial meeting put me at ease as it became clear that Deborah and her staff were very experienced in design and had a creative, but pragmatic approach. I was on a budget and living out of state so this was key. 20/20 for Site, llc acted as the Construction Administrator when the remodel started, providing weekly status reports, and available for subcontractor and vendor questions.
20/20 for Site, llc moved into the actual General Contractor role when the initial contractor bailed out putting my project in jeopardy. So, in addition to the wonderful Space Planning and Interior Design that rejuvenated my neglected home, 20/20 for Site, llc also saved the day and finished renovating my home.
I couldn’t have felt more comfortable or happier having Deborah take care of my project and me. 20/20 for Site, llc is truly “One Stop Shopping” for Interior Design and Design Build services.”

We contacted 20/20 for Site, llc at the last minute for our bathroom renovation. We had already hired a contractor to remodel and update our old 1948 bathroom. With the contractor, we felt we weren’t receving any sort of style and were afraid of the project resulting in a Motel 6 bathroom.
The contractors wanted to start ASAP so 20/20 for Site, llc stepped right in and designed us a beautiful, yet practical, high-use bathroom in no time at all! This was our first remodel project and Deborah really helped us understand the process.
Any and all questions were answered and 20/20 for Site, llc was available to us troughout the entire remodel. Deborah put us at ease when we were feeling lost and brought us through to a great remodel. We liked what 20/20 for Site, llc had designed so much that we hired them to design our kitchen, dining room, son’s room, and family room. We’re looking forward to 20/20 for Site designing the rest of our home.
